By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They apply to everyone — visitors reading the leaderboards, applicants, members and staff alike. Our Privacy Policy forms part of them.

This is the website of Lowkey Clan, a player-run Old School RuneScape clan. It is a hobby project, free to use, and run by clan staff in their own time.

It is an unofficial fan site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Jagex Ltd, Wise Old Man or Discord. “Old School RuneScape” and “RuneScape” are trademarks of Jagex Ltd, and all game content and imagery belongs to them.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and old enough to hold the Discord account you sign in with.

• Signing in is optional — the public pages need no account at all.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Discord account secure and do not share access to it.
• Only submit OSRS account names you actually control. Applying on someone else's account, or as someone else, is grounds for refusal and removal.
• Staff accounts carry extra access and are protected by a separate password. Attempting to reach staff areas without that access is covered under acceptable use below.

Submitting an application does not make you a member. Staff review each one and may accept or decline it at their discretion, with or without giving a reason.

Membership, ranks and promotion are governed by the clan rules and the rank requirements, which staff may change. Membership can be ended at any time by you or by staff, and being removed from the clan removes you from these boards.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or automate requests against this site, or otherwise put load on it beyond ordinary browsing. If you want the underlying statistics, take them from Wise Old Man, which is where we get them.
• Attempt to access accounts, staff areas, admin endpoints or data that are not yours, or probe, scan or test the site's security without our written permission.
• Impersonate another player, member or staff member, including through a display name or profile picture.
• Upload or submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or infringing someone else's rights — this covers display names, pictures and application answers.
• Interfere with the boards, for example by attempting to manipulate statistics or scores.
• Copy, republish or reuse the design, code or content of this site without permission.

Anything you submit — a display name, a profile picture, an application — stays yours. By submitting it you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the site, and you confirm you have the right to do so (in particular, that any picture you upload is yours to use).

We may remove content that breaks these terms or the clan rules, without notice.

The statistics on this site come from Wise Old Man, which mirrors the official Old School RuneScape hiscores. We publish what those sources report and cannot correct them.

• Figures can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong at source. A member whose account has not been synced recently will show older numbers.
• Where a number cannot be established, we show nothing rather than guess — a blank is a blank, not a zero.
• Lowkey Token multipliers are set by staff and may be changed at any time, which recalculates every score on that board. Ranks, scores and boards confer no entitlement, prize or reward unless we expressly say otherwise for a specific event.

The site is provided as-is and as-available. It depends on services we do not control, and it may be slow, incomplete or offline without notice. We may change or remove any part of it at any time, and we do not promise any level of uptime.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or from relying on anything published on it — including decisions made on the basis of a statistic shown here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you have statutory rights as a consumer, these terms do not affect them.

Signing in uses Discord, statistics come from Wise Old Man, and the game itself is operated by Jagex. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to your use of them and which we do not control. Links from this site to elsewhere are not endorsements.

We may suspend or remove access to the site, to an account, or to the clan, if these terms or the clan rules are broken, or where it is necessary to protect the community. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last changed shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes will be dealt with by its courts. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's mandatory law.
